On December 4, 2008 the Crowes welcomed a new member into their family. Ruby Day Crowe was born at 4:14 PM and weighed 8 pounds, 10 ounces. She was 20.75 inches long and had a thick black hair (actually more than her dad has.) She and mom are very healthy. We praise God for His goodness and grace throughout the pregnancy and delivery. It fills our hearts to be able to share this wonderful news with all of you. We know that many of you have spent countless hours praying for this little baby. Within the next two to five weeks we will be welcoming a new addition to our small family. There are no words to describe the emotions that cloud our mind as we think about the upcoming months. It feels as if we're on a roller coaster that is climbing up the first hill, getting ready to careen through the heart-dropping twists that follow. Through all the anticipation there is exceeding joy. We praise God everyday for the blessings He lavishly showers on us. We don't know what the final picture looks like, but we know that He is the Master Artist. He does not disappoint.

Kamifukuoka Christ Church members had the blessing of seeing Masato E. baptized in our morning service. Masato began attending in February, accepted Christ in April, and has been involved in follow-up classes with Ken since that time. Read More...

Ever since the Snow family returned to Japan earlier this year, they’ve been living in tight quarters in the upper floor of Miharashidai church, waiting to find suitable housing. By the grace of God, the mission approved the purchase of a house and the missionaries took possession on August 22nd. The house is official property of the mission now and will serve to house the Snow family. Read More...

Our churches in the Sapporo area welcomed E-TEAM this year and kept them busy them with ministry activities, fun, and good old hard work! Read More...

The official church roll for Good News Chapel (Tokyo) showed a marked increase after the worship service on Sunday May 25th. Five adults officially joined the church. They enthusiastically committed themselves to serving and supporting the outreach of the church while protecting the unity of the fellowship as it grows in its love for Christ. Read More...
