New Mission Property in Hokkaido!

Ever since the Snow family returned to Japan earlier this year, they’ve been living in tight quarters in the upper floor of Miharashidai church, waiting to find suitable housing. By the grace of God, the mission approved the purchase of a house and the missionaries took possession on August 22nd. The house is official property of the mission now and will serve to house the Snow family.

By the grace of God, the mission approved the purchase of a house and the missionaries took possession on August 22nd. The house is official property of the mission now and will serve to house the Snow family.

It is a spacious, 5-room house with two separate garages (one two-car garage and one three car-garage). Well...it’s spacious until you put the Snows in it and start storing mission items in the garages! In truth, it is a blessing from God that the mission was able to acquire this property. The house is recently-built, sits on about half an acre of land and is not located far from the work in Ebetsu.

Not only did the mission get a house, but we even had volunteers come over from the States and help do some work on it! Bob and Sue MacGill from Richmond, CA made a trip over to assist the Snows in getting moved in, and to do some construction work on the house. We can’t thank them enough for their volunteer spirit and generosity! Thank you, Bob and Sue. We hope Tokyo treats you as well!
