Baptism Blessings

Kamifukuoka Christ Church members had the blessing of seeing Masato E. baptized in our morning service. Masato began attending in February, accepted Christ in April, and has been involved in follow-up classes with Ken since that time.

Kamifukuoka Christ Church members had the blessing of seeing Masato E. baptized in our morning service. Masato began attending in February, accepted Christ in April, and has been involved in follow-up classes with Ken since that time. This morning he gave a touching testimony about sitting in church one Sunday and suddenly realizing the power of God's love, and he was filled with a desire to serve Him from that moment. Many tears were shed by our members as we listened to his heart's message. His wife, who has health problems, was able to attend for the first time with him. It was an encouragement for us to see them singing together and sharing in the reading of God's Word. Masato, Osamu Nomura and Ken also sang a special number they have been practicing for several weeks in their Wednesday evening Bible Study classes.
Another young man from our neighborhood stopped in for the first time during the second half of our service and stayed for singing and fellowship. Pray for God's leading in his life.
