Mission Center Renovation
Wednesday, July 07, 2010
About mid-May we received a special couple here
from San Francisco, CA. Bob and Sue MacGill
(from Sherwood Forest FWB Church) came to help
with a re-model project of our Mission Center
in Ebetsu--where the Miharashidai Church
currently meets for worship. It was a fairly
big project as there were some tearing down of
walls, building new walls, filling in doorways,
making counter-tops, replacing cabinets, new
wallpaper, new lights, new carpet, etc...
They were on a deadline as the E-Team was arriving the same day they were leaving (June 15) and were to stay in the Mission Center. Well, the Lord worked a miracle as the wallpaper, carpet, and cabinets had all been installed just hours before our E-Team arrived!
We are so thankful to the newly renovated facility, as well as for Bob and Sue sacrificing their time and skills to further the Lord's work here in Japan. They were such and encouragement to us all!
We were also very excited to have E-Team Hokkaido here with us for a week! The Lord used each of them as they had opportunities to plant seeds for the Kingdom in many unique circumstances while they were here.
